At DigitalRoute you will find a global team of 20 colleagues that follows the technical sales from start, where we define solutions with customers, prove them technically and maintain technical account management responsibility for key accounts.
About the role
In the role as Solution Manager and Business Advisor, you will manage our solution definition for offerings related to modern telco network integration (related to 5G, NFV and more), mostly focused on monetization (BSS) and Policy (PCRF/PCF) aspects. You will play a vital part in our company growth strategy going forward.
In this role you should be prepared to get “your hands dirty” by carrying our new solutions out in front of our customers, and perform technical sales activities.
You will position network/IT data integration as a critical asset of a telco operator, and drive the value of our technology. You design generic and customer-specific solutions. By doing this you will grow into an informal leader in our company with intense contacts with Sales, Services, Marketing and Product Management.
You will be based at our HQ in Stockholm, but frequently travel to customer meetings globally.
Who are you?
We are looking for an individual who thrives in front of the whiteboard in interactive sessions with business and technology. You bring experience of telco core network, integration of network data (BSS, OSS and Policy) and have a firm view on impact of 5G technologies as well as orchestration and network virtualization (NFV).
In addition, you understand a telco operator IT system landscape, such as rating, charging, IoT platforms and (Big Data) analytics. You see the potential of acting on data in real time (policy control) to control network resources effectively, enable ‘network-as-a-service’ and other new telco business models.
As one of our Solution Managers, you will help operators to maximize network investments, and via smart integration turn raw data into business opportunities. You will build trust with our customers technology and IT organizations: from architects in development functions to senior managers responsible for IT or network operations, to CTO/CIO/CTIO’s and their offices.
At the same time, you will be one of our telco industry experts, participate in industry events, work with our marketing team and interact with our product managers to define technology roadmaps.
You will report to VP Global Solutions and have direct access to the management team of the company.
